MAP Lifestyle & Wellness Program
A 10-week integrative journey for regulation, clarity, and sustainable change
Supporting the whole person, not just one area of life
Lifestyle and wellness are not about fixing habits or following rigid plans. They are about how the nervous system, emotions, body, relationships, and daily rhythms interact.
The Lifestyle & Wellness Program at MAP Integrative Therapies offers a structured yet flexible 10-week journey designed to support meaningful, sustainable change — from the inside out.
This program meets you where you are, honoring your pace, capacity, and real-life context.

The MAP approach to lifestyle & wellness
This program integrates:
-
nervous system regulation and neuroscience-informed practices
-
trauma-informed and polyvagal perspectives
-
lifestyle and wellness coaching principles
-
creative and reflective practices
-
emotional awareness and self-regulation tools
Rather than focusing on willpower or discipline, the work emphasizes:

integration over intensity
Wellness becomes something you build with yourself, not push through.
