MAP Lifestyle & Wellness Program

A 10-week integrative journey for regulation, clarity, and sustainable change

Supporting the whole person, not just one area of life

Lifestyle and wellness are not about fixing habits or following rigid plans. They are about how the nervous system, emotions, body, relationships, and daily rhythms interact.

The Lifestyle & Wellness Program at MAP Integrative Therapies offers a structured yet flexible 10-week journey designed to support meaningful, sustainable change — from the inside out.

This program meets you where you are, honoring your pace, capacity, and real-life context.

Mother And Child Relaxing

The MAP approach to lifestyle & wellness

This program integrates:

  • nervous system regulation and neuroscience-informed practices

  • trauma-informed and polyvagal perspectives

  • lifestyle and wellness coaching principles

  • creative and reflective practices

  • emotional awareness and self-regulation tools

Rather than focusing on willpower or discipline, the work emphasizes:

  • safety before change

  • awareness before action

  • integration over intensity

Wellness becomes something you build with yourself, not push through.

What we explore together

Over 10 weeks, sessions may explore themes such as:

  • understanding stress and the nervous system

  • emotional regulation in daily life

  • energy management and rhythm

  • habits through a compassionate, embodied lens

  • boundaries, rest, and recovery

  • clarity around values and priorities

  • integration of body, emotion, and mindset

Each session builds upon the previous one, creating continuity and depth without overwhelm.

In-person or virtual — both held with intention

In-person sessions

  • offer embodied presence and grounded connection

  • ideal for those who benefit from physical co-regulation

Virtual (Zoom) sessions

  • offer flexibility and accessibility

  • equally effective for nervous system and lifestyle work

  • ideal for busy schedules or remote clients

Both formats follow the same structure, care, and depth.
