Integrative group experiences for families, teens, and expatriates
The power of shared regulation
Group programs at MAP Integrative Therapies are designed to offer depth, connection, and shared regulation in a carefully held environment.
Groups allow participants to:
-
feel less alone
-
learn through shared experience
-
regulate in community
-
grow without pressure to perform
Each group is intentionally small, structured, and guided with care.

Types of groups offered

How group programs work
Group programs typically include:
-
closed groups with consistent participants
-
weekly or mentioned cycles (6–10 weeks)
-
live online sessions
-
guided creative and experiential practices
-
reflective integration and discussion
Groups are facilitated in a way that prioritizes emotional safety, choice, and respect. Sharing is always optional.
Why group work?
Group settings offer something individual work cannot always provide:
-
resonance and normalization
-
relational regulation
-
witnessing and being witnessed
-
learning through shared experience
In a regulated group, growth feels less heavy and more sustainable.

What group work is not
-
MAP group programs are not:
-
therapy groups with forced disclosure
-
lecture-based classes
-
performance-oriented spaces
-
They are experiential, supportive, and intentionally paced.
