MAP Individual & Family Sessions
Integrative emotional support for adults, parents, teens, and families
Personalized support, paced with care
Individual and family sessions at MAP Integrative Therapies offer a personalized, integrative space for emotional regulation, clarity, and growth.
These sessions are designed for those who want depth, presence, and thoughtful guidance, without rigid protocols or a purely clinical approach.
Each session is shaped around the individual or family’s needs, nervous system capacity, and life context.

Who these sessions are for
Individual and family sessions may support:
-
adults navigating emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or identity shifts
-
parents seeking guidance around regulation, connection, and parenting challenges
-
teens experiencing anxiety, emotional overload, or difficulty expressing themselves
-
families navigating stress, neurodiversity, transitions, or relational tension
You do not need to be in crisis.
These sessions are equally supportive for prevention, integration, and strengthening emotional capacity.

How I work in individual & family sessions
Sessions integrate:
-
neuroscience-informed nervous system regulation
-
trauma-informed and polyvagal perspectives
-
creative and expressive practices when appropriate
-
relational and family systems awareness
-
reflective conversation and embodied exploration
Not every session looks the same.
Some may be more reflective, others more experiential — always guided by what supports regulation and safety in the moment.
Art and creative practices are used as optional tools, not requirements.
