Service Description

A safe and non-judgement space for teens to learn emotional resilience, distress tolerance, mindfulness, resetting the nervous system for growth and self-confidence. Teen Sessions offer a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping adolescents uncover their unique strengths, values, and aspirations. By exploring their identity in a supportive space, teens develop a stronger sense of self and purpose, which becomes the foundation for confident decision-making. MAP Program for Tweens/Teens also equips them with practical tools to manage their emotions, fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to cope with life’s challenges—rather than letting emotions take control. Beyond self-awareness, it enhances communication and relationship skills, empowering teens to navigate family dynamics, build healthy peer connections, and resolve conflicts effectively. With teen coaching, adolescents gain the confidence and life skills they need to thrive, both now and in the future. (for tweens and teens under 17 yr. we also schedule periodically sessions with parents/legal guardian). Book your session and we will get in touch to schedule the best date/time. If you are an established client, you have the option to book your 5-session or 10-session package.
