MAP Programs offer different ways to engage with the framework — from self-paced workshops to small-group experiences and seasonal intensives. Some clients start here. Others come after individual sessions. There's no wrong way in.

Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching at MAP integrates nervous system awareness with the practical dimensions of daily life — sleep, movement, nutrition, habits, and purpose — using evidence-based frameworks from Harvard Medical School.

Who it's for: Adults ready to address the full picture of their wellbeing, not just one symptom.

Art Journaling for Women

For: Adult women (any background — no art experience needed)

 

Format: Group workshop series or standalone sessions

 

What it offers: A creative, reflective space for women to process emotions, reconnect with themselves, and build a personal art journaling practice rooted in nervous system awareness.
