This Masterclass is a partnership of MAP Integrative Therapies, Little Blank Canvas and Studio 136 Gallery and an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and engage the body through a structured yet intuitive neuro‑art process.

You will explore how lines, color, and mindful attention can support emotional regulation, self‑awareness, and integration.

No art experience is needed. This is about process, presence, and perception.

Neurographic art is a guided drawing and painting process that uses continuous lines, intentional intersections, rounding, and color to engage the brain in new patterns of perception and response.

This process has the potential to engage bilateral brain activity, encouraging cognitive flexibility and emotional processing. The watercolor layer adds fluidity, allowing participants to practice tolerance of uncertainty, flow, and letting go of control.
